Jobs Foster's parents never wanted a baby boy but because the baby of their choice was not available, they decided to take her. However, it was discovered later that Jobs's biological mother and father had never graduated from any school or college. This fact made the foster parents not sign final adoption documents. Despite what transpired, Job’s mother was optimistic that one day he would go to college. Job’s speech inspired the audience because he clearly told them that despite joining college at age 17, he did not see its value because he never knew what he wanted to do with his life.

In turn, he dropped out of college in order to pursue what he perceived was right for him but it was not an easy road for him. Job explains to the audience how they started Apple Inc. and how the company grew from two people to over $ 1 billion firms with more than 3500 employees. All that kept him working hard was passion, love, hard work, and dedication to influence people via his products.
