Task Day care business There are many day care businesses in the world today. To find a business that offers quality day care that parents trust is the issue. Parents nowadays do not just leave their children in a place for their convenience, but are looking for a facility that offer quality education and are conducive to their satisfactory. A parent can be confident that professional, well-trained and experienced people watch their children. Motor development The daycare center has excellent childcare activities that will be essential in a child’s development. They take into consideration of children aged three months to three years. Children need to exercise their muscles. They can play in the playground, sitting room, and classroom or even at the backyard. We cannot restrict them from playing but encourage them so that their muscles could strengthen. Children are encouraged to play using balloons, balls, puppets, toys, swings and bending and stretching to strengthen and coordinate their bones. Children also run all roll around as part of their exercises. Toddlers crawl around properly maintained and tidy rooms to avoid in injury. The toddlers care rooms are well ventilated so that they can make us much noise as they want. Play is a valuable activity in daycare as it helps a child develop his potential. They develop both physically and socially under the guidance of a qualified caregiver. The children learn, build teamwork and socialize encouraging their creativity. Another thing that is necessary for motor development is craft ideas. Craftwork does not only help children exercise their muscles but also develops their creativity. They enjoy creating funny and unique things. Even the little ones can take part by creating feathers. Children can also play by pretending or imitating. This is mostly relevant to the little kids who copy what they see their guider do. A child has to develop their muscles fully since the day care provides an excellent avenue for the child to remain active all day long. Cognitive Development As a child grows he starts to understand the information coming into their sense world and their ability to interact with it. At this time, the child is able to manipulate objects, but fails to understand them as they are now within the sensory scope of their grasp. Of the six cores, ethical elements for effective character education trustworthiness are critical. A child has to trust her instructor before even mimicking what she is taught. Children learn by trusting their caregiver or educator before even their classmates. The other values of caring and respect come with time. Ethics is notable also to the organization’s employees, as their character and behavior will affect the image of the organization. How they relate to parents and customers, should be with the utmost care and responsibility. They should be role models and shining pillars for children in the center. Parents will always want the daycare center to treat their children well. They will worry if their child was hit, yelled at all treated badly at the center. To avoid situations where parents collide with the center clear, reasonable rules are set to help the children behave. Discipline must be withheld, but children should be guided in the best possible way than harsh punishment. Since the kids, range from 3 months old to three years talking to them could be the best way to correct their mistakes. Discipline should not include a caregiver uttering negative remarks about their family or abuse them. Precautions should be implemented in the center to avoid unnecessary injuries and accidents. Parents should also take monthly inspections in the facility to check on their children environment safety. Social development A child’s character depends on their identity. A child who knows her inner self will be happy and gratified. Character dictates the friends individuals have and their behavior in general. A child with moral character will be respectful, loving, responsible and organized. A child with poor character is spiteful, cruel, dishonest and irresponsible. Through personal experience of intermingling with other kids, a child gets to find herself. Through situations that individuals find themselves, they become concrete and firm in their decision-making. Interaction also promotes creativity. A child who is involved in actual decision-making that affects her directly is likely to be more sociable than one who is not. The caregiver can get the children to be involved through giving the challenges that require their contribution (Lynn 10). Playing of games in groups is also crucial. Children need to meet new kids socialize and experience new activities. Through this interaction, a child’s association and language development is built in concrete grounds. Infants are separated from toddlers to avoid any accident. A child is personality is also crucial in her social life. Some kids are outgoing while others are shy. They find difficulty in engaging socially. It is the caregiver’s duty to understand this and help them overcome their fear of interacting. Ashy child finds it difficult to make friends and often feels uncomfortable talking to others. The caregiver can help turn the shyness of the child in strength. She will help be a reasonable observer who thinks before speaking. Nutrition/feeding The feeding is program is designed to meet the child’s needs. It is scheduled to meet the child’s feeding, playing and sleeping. We tell to what your child ate how she slept and what movement she made while at the daycare. Meals are served according to the ages of the children. Toddler’s feeding routine is strictly adhered, and they are allowed to eat at their own pace. There is time for meals and time for snacks. Normally they are fed between twenty to thirty minutes. Language Development The process needs to take into consideration careful highlighting and definition of complex terms to generate a confidence level needed in advancing in the environment. Language would be applied by the children in expressing their desires and communicate with other societal members. Language used needs to be honest and utilize images to define the complex nature entities that are difficult to relay. The slow introductions to entities generate progressive development towards achievement of concrete understanding. Conclusion It is a vital step to provide a program that caters for children and increase efficiency in helping their development into maturity. The daycare business offers a cushion to the parents in ensuring that all the needs are provided away from home. The atmosphere created should be related to the comfort that they are used to in their homes. An effective program should develop all the developmental aspects of the developing mind and create room for interactive activities (Lynn 4). To identify a stable environment, the results in the preceding developmental years generate positive reactions to strenuous conditions. The programs offered need to reflect a higher form of responsibility to excel in the business, and generate confidence in the parents. The business should not be profit oriented but create a comfortable environment for the developing mind. Work Cited Lynn, Jacquelyn. Start Your Own Child-Care Service.
