Nonetheless, most people base their ethical views on numerous aspects such as character, obligation, results, and equity. Some people masquerade two categories at the same time because of their blended personality. Additionally, the perspectives of individuals focus on the following: character (C), obligation (O), results (R), and equity (E). Defining each CORE remains an essential role in understanding how people perceive their individual ethics. a) Character: individual perspective leans towards what is proper to be, instead of focusing on the good thing to do.

One may believe that moral excellence is achievable by looking beyond individual’s actions based on that person’s character. b) Obligation: everyone has the duty or the obligation of doing what is morally right. Obligation ensures that one believes that ethical principle must take into consideration of human dignity, promote freedom of individuals, and be universal. c) Results: This states that the consequences of the actions of people usually take precedence. Before judging an individual ethically, there must be factual evidence to support the judgment. d) Equity: everyone looks for stability and the daily life experiences shape people’s actions.

One believes that at no any time in life, a set of decision will remain correct at all the times. People use all the above four CORE/ethical styles to their daily decisions and actions. One’s character, obligation, results, and equity remains the measuring unit that average person uses to determine that one has a dominant ethical style. My Opinion With the results whereby character (24) and equity (24), I agree and I would like to indicate that with the completion of the Ethics Awareness Inventory results indicated the manner in which many others and I use to tackle ethical decision-making.

According to my results, am convinced that individual behavior usually aims at endorsement of good to every individual. In most cases, individual ethical perspective relies on the general ethical perspective of an individual, which may turn consequential with regard to personal actions. This is because everyone has a divine moral right.
