The small extra amount of her exercise also makes her body to function efficiently being also a cause for the normal results. The abnormal results such elevation of lipids and the weight results due to various reasons. First is because of her consumption of saturated fats which have been accumulated in her body leading weight issues and the lipid elevation.

The alcohol consumption also needs to avoid and more exercise to reduce the lipids elevation. This will be of great help in bettering her health. References 1. Raitakari OT.
