In this part of the paper, we will discuss how ethics and moral character helped Walt Disney achieve success in his life. If we research Disney’s personal life, we come to know that ethics always held a key place in his life. He never overlooked his ethical set of standards while dealing with any matter of life. In professional life, he always seemed to be taking decisions considering ethical limitations.

Incorporation of ethics in any decision-making process is essential because it makes the decision justified and acceptable.
