For example, transformational leadership associates positively with three variables of patient outcome; patient mortality, patient satisfaction, and adverse effects.

Conclusions: The findings of this research project indicate a positive bond between several patient outcomes and nursing leadership. However, the study implicates future examination of the approaches of leadership that test how transformational leadership influences patient outcomes. Implications of the findings to the nursing management: Individual and organizational efforts in the development of transformational leadership support the strategies by organizations towards the betterment of patient outcomes.
