Three trainers and four coaches lead this team and although their role is secondary in our organization, they have an influence and have to become a part of our organizational culture.April next year will mark the organization’s 7th year since its formation. The franchise has severally achieved great success winning numerous accolades in the past. Its honors include the 2002 World Peace Cup Fair Play Award, the 2005 Coca-Cola Cup champions, the 2006 Telkom Knockout champions, the 2007 League runners-up, the 2008 Supa8 champions and the 2009 Castle League champions and Football Award among others.

This is a direct outcome of the commitment of our organization to maintain professionalism and excellence - a theme that dominates our organizational beliefs and values, therefore playing a vital role in our organizational culture.My five years term has given me this viewpoint on the organizational culture. Retaining staff for long has eventually ensured the development of the culture amongst them generating positive working milieu and the present success culture. Our organization’s group of staff has cohesively co-worked for five years, with some members of staff having co-worked for over six years.

Within our organization, certain behaviors and embedded beliefs have become the “norm” over the course of our organizational success. These beliefs transcend all over the franchise – from the hands-off approach by our president to our entire team of leaders’ belief in the members.
