Health and Safety in an organization are one of the most important concerns in order to maintain employee relations. This essay will discuss support to the thesis statement.Thesis Statement“Employee health and safety is an ethical factor that improves work-culture in an organization”.DiscussionThere is always a possibility of an accident in an organization in any sort of business. The risk factor employees in an organization have is a matter of concern for managers. An accident can be any kind of incidents like a failure of a machine or release of toxic substances or electricity failures or stress (Erickson, 2006).

These factors have been some major challenges in different organizations. There have been many incidents that have resulted in death reports and physical or mental disability because of lack of safety systems in work-place. These accidents result disbelief in employees towards their work and they lack motivation towards their job (Reese, 2003). Moreover, organizations have to face ethical and legal challenges by the government. In order to maintain the balance between work and employee interest, an organization must initiate proper safety and health measures so that there are lesser chances for any occurrence of accidents.
