The current societies a cross the World seem to have impressed the social practices that is enhanced by Bilingualism. This phenomenon as governed by the increased needs of globalization and culture open interaction has seen starched needs for learning a second language (Mejia, 2002). According Mejia (2002), the internet is being used to easily access information. At individual level exposure to multiple languages is even getting more frequent. In turn this has triggered the hunger to acquire as many languages as one can deem useful for personal gains. Multilingual individuals not only express their thoughts through active communication, like speaking, writing or even use of sign they can also communicate passively through reading, listening or through perceiving. To be specific Bilingual is used to describe two comparable situations; in the case two languages are involved. In many occasion a good number of people first acquire and maintained at least one language during their early childhood. Normally referred to as mother tongue, this is basically acquired without any formal education as witnessed in other acquired language their after. The contemporary situation the identity of language learner involves the way in which language learners can understand the existing bonding relationship that create room for a social World. This may take time for this relationship to construct over a given time space allows the learner to possibly understand within a foreseeable future. The identity of the person involved in acquiring the language is normally theorized as a multiple, and is subject to be adjusted over the learning period (Mejia, 2002). There are cases were children are reported to have acquired two languages, referred to as simultaneous bilinguals. A number of cases concerning will see one language dominate the other. Most cases have been as a result of having bilingual parents in an environment dominated with monolingual, it could be possible were parents are monolingual but have raised their children in different locations in an environment supporting the bilingualism thus impacting the children socially through, increased interest of second language (Peter, 2010). Increased bilingualism has further claimed the wider appreciation of culture from different ethnic groups. This kind of new migrants significantly changed the character of the already established Lebanese community in Australia (Tonnies, 1955). Sydney consists of 75% Lebanese-born immigrants. The Lebanese Muslim who includes the Shi’s and Sunnis denominations and Druze among others are now represented. The government policy on free movement of the immigrant in the Australian region has further improved the practice within its societies socially (Peter, 2010). Communication remains basic and fundamental whenever two or more people meet. It is important to build on a wider linguistic command. Negotiations will only take place effectively if the parties involved have a good command of the common language.
