There are a few issues that may also arise when using online storage solutions. I would use cloud computing so as to avoid delays when obtaining hardware, avoid IT staffing cost, avoid expensive space, and because the idea is centralized and agile. The idea also allows greater freedom to access data using mobile phones, terminals, and even net books.Cloud computing allows work load shift by sharing files. The network of the computers which make the cloud does the sharing; the computer will only need to run the interface software of the cloud computing systems. When one fails to carry his/her outline storage systems such as the USB, other option to the retrieval of files include Hotmail, Yahoo, or Gmail (Chee & Curtis 2009).

There is good chance that we have all used these services, and that means we have the chance of using cloud computing.References
