Sociological imagination is the process of linking a person’s experience with social organizations. Man is a social animal and hence all of his experiences are related to some social organizations. Every human action will affect others as well. As far as external life is concerned, a person has certain rights and obligations. Employment is the basic right of every grown-up person especially the educated ones. Social organizations like the government should have the obligation of providing or ensuring employment to all it’s grown up citizens. A country can develop only if all its manpower resources utilized effectively. Providing employment is the best way to ensure social security to all the citizens and also it will contribute immensely to the economic development as well.
In conclusion, sociological imagination helps an individual to identify their basic rights like employment, equality, and security in the society.
