The paper "Privacy Protections In Entertainment Venues" is an excellent example of a business essay. The artist usually invests their energy in order to release their product into the market. As a result, they are entitled to reap the reward of their hard work. Currently, various technological advancements have been evident. In the field of entertainment, production and presentation of information have been transformed into digital. This has had various merits as well as demerits. Copyright protection is necessary to ensure that piracy is eliminated. In case some privilege was allowed on purchasers of digital material to make limited copies, there would be a challenge in defining the term limited.
With the current technological advances present, failure to stick to the stipulated regulations is highly expected. This would be of more damage to the artist than the customer. As a result, I does not advocate for purchasers of digital material to be allowed to make limited copies. In addition, it is evident that there has been significant growth in the field of entertainment. This has resulted in the creation of many jobs among people resulting into the improved distribution of resources.
This has been rewarding to the government through taxation (Hull, 2004). The returns to any job are observed to be one of the best motivators. As a result, the presence of copyright rules and regulations ensures that the artists are well rewarded (Porsdam, 2006). In its absence, exploitation would be experienced and this would have a negative effect on stakeholders either directly or indirectly. In conclusion, allowing media material purchasers to make limited copies would have more harm than good. Therefore, I totally do not advocate for its implementation.
