The new leader should also demonstrate expertise in facilitating reliable teamwork among the system’s healthcare professionals. Based on the MMG experiences on previous financial crises, the new leader should come up with a reliable finance policy of protecting the regrettable impacts of future global financial crises (Ginter, Swayne & Duncan, 2005).  Moreover, the new MMG leader should facilitate the free expression of individual feelings regarding the group’s operations and policies.

Granting all individuals the equal opportunity of presenting their satisfaction or dissatisfaction will be critical in reducing unnecessary conflict of interests among the system key players. A strategy that will ensure that all departments in the healthcare system work collectively towards attaining its immediate and long-term goals will be relatively useful in supporting the system development.  Currently, the organization appears to be experiencing a serious problem in the management of its resources.

As a result, to compete effectively in the modern market, MMG needs to recruit qualified financial professionals with the required financial management competency. Furthermore, the formulation of plans that will involve all professionals in the management of the group will also be helpful in reducing the confusion and squabbles in the healthcare system.  Teamwork among all leaders will equally be useful in ensuring that the system remains focused on attaining its intended goals.
