Extract of sample "The Sole Sovereignty of Israel over Jerusalem"

The sole sovereignty of Israel over Jerusalem has been a controversial issue for several decades. Although Palestinians and Christians are permitted to move across the City, the major portion of the city is under the control of Israel since 1967. However, it has been proved that the secular policy of Israel has enabled Palestinians to have easy access to their sacred place Western Sacred Wall.

We believe that only if Israel's sovereignty continues the secularism would flourish in this region. At the same time, we propose that Palestinians should pass through a checkpoint to ensure that no weapon is being brought into the city.

Jerusalem has always been and always will be ours. It will never again be divided or cut in half. Jerusalem will remain only under Israel’s sovereignty. In the united Jerusalem, the freedom of worship and freedom of access for all three religions to the holy sites will be guaranteed, and it is the only way to guarantee that members of all faiths, minorities, and denominations can continue living here safely.” (Prime Minister’s Office). Palestinians can not offer Jewish people or Christians easy entry to Jerusalem.
