Bryan is an enthusiastic and dedicated professional who boasts of part and leading an efficacious and industrious team gifted with immaculate analytical skills. Bryan Kyle is fast at acquiring novel ideas as well as concepts for developing creative and innovative solutions to problems. Bryan Kyle can work with little or no supervision and can meet the toughest deadlines. Bryan has resilient ability to perform pretty effectually even when the working environment is highly pressurized. Bryan is an individual who is believes in bottomless potential within him and incessantly makes cognizant efforts to bring out his best. He has outstanding communication skills, both non-verbal and verbal. He is a dedicated team player and in the same light he has boasts of possessing outstanding team building skills. Bryan also seeks to pursue a successful career which will result in attainment of perfection and personal growth and organizational growth. Bryan has good communication skills which are always required in any organization. Bryan is persuasive when interacting with his fellow employees and team members and he writes clear, informative and effective guidelines that ensure effective implementation of any task that is supposed to be attended to. Bryan is good at motivating and initiating team members to attain the required goals. Bryan can set and attain very challenging goals and at the same time demonstrate commitment, persistence and dedication. While working in teams he has ensured that he identifies and implements methods of enhancing and promoting quality through thoroughness and accuracy. Bryan is a great leader since motivated, inspired and incentivized a group of talented professionals’ performance. He has also evaluated, monitored and improved team and team performance. Bryan is very flexible since he has adapted to the changing work environment and worked in different places and he has always managed to adapt to the new environments. He has always adhered to organizational instructions and guidelines promptly to the management directional changes. Bryan has good organizational skill, for instance, in the various positions he has held before he has ensured that he plans and prioritized to make sure that all the set deadlines are met. According to Gottfredson career choice is a process that requires high level cognitive adeptness. A child’s capability to synthesize as well as organize complex occupational information is an aspect of chronological age progression and overall intelligence (Zunker, 2011; Andersen &Vandehey, 2011). Cognitive growth and development is instrumental towards development of cognitive map of conceptions and occupation of self-used to evaluate appropriateness of different occupational alternatives. In her theory she explained the dynamic interplay between the environment and genetic makeup. Genetic attributes have a key role in determining an individual’s basic attributes, for instance, skills, interests and values and their expression is moderated in the environment in which one is exposed to. While environment and genetic make-up have a key role in determining an individual’s character, Gottfredson argues that an individual still has an active agent that will mould or influence their environment. Therefore, career development is considered to be a self-creation processes that individual’s searched for niches to show their genetic proclivities within their cultural environment (Athanasou&Esbroeck, 2008). In contrast to the established notion which is selection process, Gottfredson’s theorized that choice of career and it development can be considered to be a process that eliminates an individual who incessantly eliminates particular occupation alternative from consideration (Brown, 2012). Circumscription is determined by salient features of self-concept that emerge at various stages of development. According to Gottfredson children career aspiration are to a large extent influenced by the general public than private aspects of self-concept, for instance, interests and skills. A developmental model consists of four circumscription stages. The first is referred to as “orientation to power and size” (ages 3-5), and a child considers occupations to be taken up by adults (Austin, 2013). Orientation to sex-roles is the next stage and this stage is between ages of 6 to 8 (Capuzzi& Stauffer, 2012; Gregoire&Junger, 2013). At this stage the sex-role norm as well as attitude comes out as the defining element in a child’s self-concept. A child evaluates occupations based on whether the occupation suits his/ her sex, and goes ahead to eliminate consideration of alternatives considered which are considered to be inappropriate with his gender. The third stage is referred to as “orientation to social valuation” and it occurs between the age of 9 and 13 years when status and social class become outstanding to the child’s developing self-concept. Subsequently, emerging adolescents stops further consideration of occupations which are too high or too low in prestige. The preceding stage is referred to as “orientation to internal, unique self” and this is when one is 14 years and above, and his internal and private elements of adolescent’s self-concept, for instance, interests, personality, values and skills become very prominent. The teenager will consider occupations from the pool of occupations that are acceptable in their suitability or match one’s internal self (Gregoire & Jungers, 2013). There are likely to be chances of another process of career development and this is in response to the external realities as well as realities, for instance, adjustments in the labor market structure, unfair hiring practices, economic depression, family obligation, one has to accommodate his occupational preferences for his eventual choices to be attained (Kottler & Shepard, 2014). Compromise involves a complex process that compatibility with an individual’s interests is always first compromised so that to have a greater correspondence levels with an individual’s preferences for sex-type and prestige (Walsh & Osipow, 2014). Bryan Kyle comes from an industrious middle class that incessantly considered hard work to be solution to every problem that many people experience today. His father enrolled him to an English medium school so that he could learn more about the general world. My father asked me not only to be a good citizen for my country but also to be a global citizen I used to watch a lot of American shows and movies during free time. It appeared as if it was part and parcel of his culture. This made Bryan very curious about the world which was around him. The passion to understand other culture and people always drove Bryan into being a better person in the general society. His doors to new opportunity for better education as well as living came up when he was given a honors scholarship to study at Texas Southern University. The scholarship was instrumental in shaping his belief regarding global science, cultural diversity as well as leadership. While at Texas Southern University he became enlightened about the new culture. The new culture had diversity which greatly inspired him. As HBCU growing in diversity Brian felt that he had a connection with anyone that he met. After a short while I pledged for Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity Incorporated that enabled him to offer services to the general community. It always struck Brian how many suffer in both developed and developing countries in the world including America. Whenever Brian saw desperation look on needy people’s faces he would be more inspired to do something that would change everyone for the better. Bryan started to be very active when he was in campus and this was prompted by the ardent desire to put a smile on people’s faces. He was appointed to be the cultural awareness chairman for his fraternity, tiger ambassador and also served as a peer mentor. This gave Bryan a chance to develop leadership skills as well as interact with people from different background. While in sophomore Brian was awarded certificate for congressional recognition and upon getting a full-sponsored scholarship study at Sea. When he was in Sea he the he had a chance to enroll for classes on ship and he travelled to 13 different nations and at that time he was the first Bengali to have board MV explorer. When he volunteered in slum sin Bangladesh Bryan never imagined that he was likely to do the same in Ghana, USA, India and other countries in the world. When Bryan studied in USA it gave him a platform to work a higher level and have him a chance to perform to perform at universal echelonswith Semester. The ship community enabled Bryan to network with several talented individuals. By studying in US Bryan fulfilled part of his career goals. One of Bryan’s goals was to be a good example to international and minority students just to illustrate the levels that hard work can take one. Bryan now realizes that his dreams are being realized. According to Donald Super’s contribution to career development has been emphasized on the relevance of developing self-concept. In Super, self-concept changes after some time and develops due to experience. Therefore, career development is a lifelong process. According to Super, occupational preferences and competencies and individuals life experiences change with experience and time. Super’s five life and career development stages; growth, exploration, establishment, maintenance and decline. Bryan’s career has been through the five stages explained by Super’s five life and career development stages. At the growth stage when he was below 14 years he developed self-concept, needs and attitudes as well as general work. At this stage there was no clear cut distinction since he was still young however he liked watching American movies and shows and this helped in shaping his career choice. At the exploration stage, which entails attempting through classes and work hobbies? At this stage Bryan got more involved with things in the international scenes. This is what prompted Bryan to be an international student so that he could develop his passion. At the establishment stage, Bryan was at the entry-level skill building he worked in different countries in the world and this helped him in developing his skills and had wide experience in his specialty. Bryan developed his skills by working mostly in developing skills and he helped in transforming the lives of most people in these countries. In comparison Super’s development stages he has been able to continuously improve the lives of most people in the world and he is still at this stage in the career development stage. Bryan has not varied from his career path in relation to Life Span and Super theory. At the moment he is on maintenance stage and he likely to adhere to Super’s five life and career development stages. The last stage in Super’s five life and career development stages involves decline in output and preparation for retirement. Nonetheless, Bryan is not likely to have reduced performance while on the last stage since he is very enthusiastic about the job and he always motivates upcoming anyone around to venture in the same profession as his since he has made significant transformation in most people’s and he would when other people have an impact on other people’s lives. I interviewed Bryan Kyle. Interviews are important since it enables one to gauge the accuracy of the responses. Interviews are very important since they help in discovering how individuals feel and think about how they hold specific options. Interviews are important since one can disclose important information that cannot be disclosed when one is in a focus group. The interview helped me to ask detailed questions (Kempen, 2012). If had a chance of continue working with Bryan I would welcome it since he is someone who made an impact in the world through putting a smile on people’s lives. I would also like to be like him and even do more than what he has done.
