Additionally, the Lane community college administers different courses allowing the students to have a variety of choices. In that, students have an array of things that they can do in the school as the college has provided adequate facilities and faculties, as well as, lecturers to make this a possibility.The lane community college has excellent facilities and state of the world buildings that provide a good environment for all the students to study. These facilities allow both the teachers and the students to interact freely; hence, providing good communication skills that are required in the job market.

Therefore, the college produces students that are ready for the job market, as they have been trained to interact and integrate with people of all levels equally without discrimination (Levin & Kater, 2006). For example, the school has facilities that provide appropriate mobility for students with a disability, which are accessible with wheelchairs. For that reason, the school is accommodating all students who want to join. Thus, Lane community college is an interesting place where many students should look forward to studying, as they will come out as educated and prepared members of the community to deal with the issues facing the globe.
