The analysis as has been initiated here is totally on the basis of the researches that are done for the act determining the importance of the chosen topic. In this paper the there is the assessment criteria that makes a distinctive analysis over the topic. Followed by it is the declaration of all kinds of significance of the topic chosen as has been assessed. The most important key issues of the chosen topic have been elaborately defined. The assessment too gets well analyzed through the demonstrated success and shortfalls of the exposed clarifications. There is a regular synthesis and analysis of all the information that are being mentioned here. Added to all these the whole presentation has been done with a well structured formation of cases related to the whole analysis. In this paper, the analysis is totally on the basis of the necessary requirements that are very obvious to the application and creation of creative arts and the knowledge society. The implementations of the creative talens are integral to the concept of creating a knowledge society and that is basis of the paper. Theoretical Assessment The criteria of managing with a knowledge society needs a full fledge support of the creative arts. The functionality depends over the understanding of multi-disciplinary forms that gets analyzed through creative expression. This further enhances the foundation of the knowledge society. The fields of Performing Arts, Music, Dramaturgy, Mathematics, Graphic Arts/Cartooning, Galleries and Museums, Film and Publishing and the Visual arts are all a part of it and can form a society of its own. The matter is o create the sense of innovativeness that can drive the creative knowledge to the peripheries of economy (Suliman Al-Hawamdeh, Thomas L. Hart 2001). The exploration of the creative art always gets strived for all kinds of fresh and very new ideas. There are lots of products that are the basis for the creation of economic advantage in the establishment of a knowledge society. There are basically three stages that can be well followed for this establishment. They are innovative means of invention, along with the translation and the purpose of developing commercialization (Graham 2005)1. Added to these there are the six steps that can well experiment with the innovation process of analysis the process of formulating the creative art. These are the processes that include the anticipation and exploitation of the early information gathering through the application of ‘front-loaded’ innovation processes. There are the experiments over the innovative ideas that can be performed without overloading the knowledge society. The applications are also very much integrated for the persuasion of the new and upgraded traditional technologies that can well unlock the preconceived performance. According to Business Networks and Information Resources (2005), the whole process also needs to be organized for a rapid experimentation in the application of innovative creative arts. As there are the possibilities of failure, the preventive assessments must get followed by it. The preventive measures are the best possible way to avoid mistakes for the creation of the knowledge society. This makes the society more powerful and appropriate to manage projects in terms of experiments with the innovative arts (Thomke 2003). According to Robert B Tucker (2004) there can be many dynamic strategies that can be very proper in the process of generating ideas. The means are inclusive of the involving process of everyone for the pursuit for getting glorified with new ideas. There must be a full fledged participation of the customers in the process of applying new ways in the knowledge society. The constant focus over the unarticulated needs demanded by the customers must be well understood. One can always seek innovative ideas from the participation of the new customer groups in the knowledge society. The scopes need to be so generated that there is every possibility for the involvement of the suppliers in product ideation. These are some of the benchmark sin the whole process of generating the ideation methods. As for Douglas McGregor the understanding of human behavior is the basis of asserting the fact that there can be many managerial decisions added with authenticate actions. These are all presupposed assumptions that determines the human nature and in particular the human behavior that is termed by Douglas McGregor as "Theory X" and apparently the "Theory Y". As per the understanding of Theory X there are all kinds of assumptions that most people are considerably immature, and thus in relevant need of direction and absolute professional control. The purpose is to derive the best of the results from all those who are incapable of performing in the best of their responsibilities. In the process of analyzing the functionality of creative art for the groups of lazy people, there is an obvious dislike towards the work and thus in need of a kind of mixture of financial inducements that can well supported by the threat of loss to their job. In case of Theory Y"; people are more into the task of fulfilling themselves. They are more into the process of seeking self-respect, along with self-development and the adoption of self-fulfillment. The role of the Knowledge society is very important in this aspect. It is because this society is in absolute charge of creating, sharing and using the knowledge for better results. Key issues For the exploration of innovation as the driver of the Creative Arts, there is the need for innovation along with the scholarly research and proper structuring of the collected knowledge (Robert D. Austin and Lee Devin 2003). There is the need of opportunity and value that is critically assessed for the persuasion of knowledge society, in terms of knowledge work in the Creative Arts. The key issues are inclusive of conceptual metaphors, freedom of knowledge, creativity and innovation, access and quality of education, exploration of talent, technology and above all tolerance, and ultimately the establishment of unity in freedom for the knowledge society. Success and shortfalls The success and shortfalls gets determined in terms of synthesis and appropriate analysis of information in the Knowledge societies. It is here that the characteristic features of the knowledge get the formation of the major components of creativity in relevance to human activity. The proceedings are all initiated by social, economical, cultural, and the human activities that are dependent on the circulation of knowledge and adequate information. As for the knowledge society, the purpose is to generate knowledge in being the drive for the major innovative and creative force. The success gets determined in terms of having new kinds of occurrence in the knowledge societies. As for instance, we can see that the fishermen can have a predominant long shared process of acquiring knowledge, that assist them in the process of predicting weather. This is the knowledge that gets added to the proceedings of the social capital that helps the community in making the relevant preparations. The shortfalls are all estimated through the unnecessary proceedings that are meant for the distorted and plagiarized creations. The process of negating the instinctive creativity and to follow the idea initiated by someone else is the biggest hurdle faced by the knowledge society. There are many kinds of strategical planning that are followed, without proper research over the issue. These are all related to the cause of making the knowledge society one of the very complicated entities. case examples The most popular case in the field of applying the innovative talents for the evaluation and the establishment of knowledge society is the commercializing process as has been followed by the humanities, along with the creative arts. It has been well estimated that the most of the Europeans are more reserved than those in USA. However the participation made by the European member states in the creation of a business was found to be larger than the USA states. As per the 2000 survey, Europeans are more into the preventive applications to get rid of the risks, whereas the Americans are well prepared for all kinds of risks and learn a lot from the adventure of craftsmanship of risk-taking proceedings. The analysis was further enlightened by the European Commission research. European Commission suggest that there must be a balanced persuasion of the influences entrepreneurial enterprise, attitude, mindset and the factors that leads to risk aversion under the increased regulation that are meant for inhibiting all sorts of enterprise activity2. These are manufactured with all kinds of branded ingredients and are properly instilled in the ambience of trust. This further creates a knowledge society that gets facilitated through he branded image in terms of making decisions over shopping. This leads to the building of brand loyalty and thereby steals the share from bigger companies. The customers are eventually bifurcated through the application of innovative ideas to the business and that is well enhanced through the advertising media. This is also the means to block the encroachment for all kinds of new entrants. Thus is the process to attain marketplace success. As the case under which the product gets related to the branding process brings in the demand for innovative creative arts for the success of the strategy (Diana Holtzberg And Jan Rofekamp 2002). These are often overlooked, and there are many processes that will overcome various means to the decreasing margins of existent to a new product. There are the sale commodity products that are creating all sorts of means for the creation of the sustainable competitive advantages that can very well function for a long-term and very effective marketplace success. Conclusion Thus it is very appropriate to state that the application of theories and principles for the understanding of innovation and creative arts is very important to bring in a kind of sustainability in the knowledge society. There are many opportunities and values that are very critically assessed for the development of a proper knowledge society. This is also the means for the branching of the knowledge work in the field of creative arts with innovative planning and strategies. As for the commercial opportunities it is very necessary to perform in such a way that there comes in the possibilities of loyalty to the brand.
