From the interviews with the various stakeholders in ZNZ Education Adelaide, we were able to find a number of problems they face in their daily operations. Also, we were able to deduce their expectations, and from this, we can conclude that ZNZ Education Adelaide needs a proper IT system that could aid in data and information management and communication.

A number of organizations in the recent past have embraced IT solutions in addressing most of their issues. Problems like the ones faced by ZNZ Education Adelaide have been addressed and innovation is still digging into more and more solutions. Companies have adopted the use of software like Google Drive to aid in their document management, which includes the storage and sharing of files. Also, organizations like NASA have adopted the use of Slack as a communication channel within and outside the organization. These adoptions have changed the efficiency and productivity within these organizations (Galí, 2005, 27).

In the current world of IT and innovations, failure to adopt IT solutions is staying behind in the market. From past research, a number of organizations are quickly moving away from analog or manual operation to digital.
