I believe that my clients need to learn various skills and I should be ready all time to help them learn and improve on what they want for strengthening the muscles to the upcoming athletes. In the cause of my training sessions, I will have to ensure that the safety of the client is enhanced all the time by ensuring the workshop is safe.  I will ensure that I move with the pace of my clients so that they can be able to appreciate all the activities in the training sessions, for example, I will not force my clients to have three sessions a day when they cannot manage.

I believe in building clients' ideas. Despite providing the necessary equipment and enough employers, I will identify each client's needs and work at achieving their goals, for instance, I will ask clients to achieve and work as per their expectations (Schaafsma et al., 2010). The activities will help earn a living where it will act as a source of income. They will also assist in improving their health conditions in that they will be immune to some diseases like obesity and heart diseases.

Lastly, the activities will help them understand how their body function functions.  I will be a facilitator who will assist them to overcome their fears and meet their objectives. I will ensure that all my clients participate in the physical activities in each session. I will not crowd them in one room. I will evaluate each client individually so that I can understand their strength and weakness. I will effectively address diversity issues. I will try as much as I can to make every client comfortable and encourage respect among the clients and also towards me as their practitioner.

Problems like gender, communication, and the cultural difference will never arise.  In a situation where ethical issues arise the client, or the employer will be given a warning and if repeated, will be suspended. The professional standards are essential since they regulate the conduct of the practitioner and they also enhance the smooth running of the profession.   Part 2 Philosophy Statement on Physical Therapy (PT) I believe as a physical therapist; clients seek guidance and treatment on the problem they might be having.

They also recommendations on what they need to do and what they should avoid. My clients will learn through experiments. As a professional, I will teach them how certain activities are done to avoid harming themselves. They will also learn by description method depending on the health problem they may have. I will facilitate the learning process through the use of diagrams and charts. I will also encourage my clients to practice how to do various activities on their own without any help from friends or relatives.

Physical therapy to my students will help them earn a living, and they will also know how to respond in case of any health issue. To my patients, the physical therapy activities will help improve their health (Ballin et al., 1980). I will assume the role of a physical therapist to my clients to help them manage their health. To enhance the participation of the clients, I will deal with one client at a time, and we move through the process together so that they can appreciate all the activities I will be teaching them.

I will also use evaluation to if my clients understand the information. Regarding the diversity issues, I will ensure that every client is comfortable and enhance professionalism. The profession currently is very competitive, and as a practitioner, I need to do my best to progress in this career. Equally, as a PE teacher, I will always have a number of students, to me it will act as a source of income. To my students apart from the lessons helping them improve their health, for instance, they will not be prone to heart diseases and obesity, it can also act as a career in the future.

Having students from different backgrounds, I will ensure that respect is maintained by all the students. I will also emphasize the issue of equality during the sessions and also encourage students to accommodate each other’s differences. For example, there are students who are hot-tempered and slow learners, and therefore since it is a team they will have to accommodate each other and respect their difference (Cheon & Reeve, 2013).
