Physical Education Skill 4.1 Principles of Physical Education are an opportunity for students to learn the concepts and principles essential for an understanding of how to improve physical fitness for participation in sports. Specific activities with step-by-step instructions and procedures may be used to ensure that students learn how to identify, assess, and improve basic components of fitness (flexibility, cardio respiratory endurance, strength, and body fat composition). Students develop the movement skills and strategies for confident participation in physical activity. Students demonstrate self-management skills which enable them to make informed decisions for healthy and active lifestyles. Students also demonstrate the interpersonal skills necessary for effective relationships and healthy also in the active lifestyles. The principles of Physical Education are Readiness, Individual Response, Adaptation, Overload, Progression, Specificity, the variation, Warm-Up and the Cool Down, The Long-term Training and the Reversibility that can help an individual to be better in its field. The muscular strength helps the body stronger against the resistance. It is the ability of the muscle to exert force during an activity. Muscular endurance helps the muscle to perform without fatigue. The activities that can help you to have muscular endurance are walking, jogging, bicycling or dancing. Muscle endurance is a measure of how much you can lift one time in a maximal effort situation, and larger people have an edge over smaller people in terms of pounds lifted. The exercises that can help you to built endurance of the muscles are push-ups(Keep body straight, one leg raised.), back lunge(Keep tummy tight, back straight, head up.) and two-point oblique (Lie on back, with back pushed into floor, right hand behind right ear, right knee bent with foot flat on floor.). SKILL 5.3 The skill for movement helps an individual to be sociable to other individual. Social interaction is a dynamic, changing sequence of social actions between individuals (or groups) who modify their actions and reactions due to the actions by their interaction partner(s). The Strategies of the Physical Education is about how you can help the student to be physically fit by the help of the activities and exercise in a safety way. The safety practices include warm-up and cool-down procedures regularly during exercise, monitor potentially dangerous environmental conditions such as wind, cold, heat, and insects and recommend prevention and treatment. It will help an individual to relax his or her body after or before training. The safety practices show how the individual improve his of her abilities in that field and to develop the knowledge about the field he or she has been taken. It also improves the muscular strength that can flexibly the body, stamina and endurance of an individual that can help to have this capability in having enough energy in a certain field. It can help for him or her to be a good player. This can develop an individual to be flexible, improve the muscular strength and to enhance the body of the person Sports equipment includes any object used for sport or exercise. The equipment can help the individual to enhance the abilities and skills on the chosen field. Examples for sports include balls, goals, sticks for hockey and lacrosse , bats, wickets and bails for cricket , nets for tennis , volleyball and badminton. Examples for exercise include Swiss balls, weights , equipment for the gym. The use of equipment for field or striking sports helps the player to be safe in all the injuries, accidents and sprain that they will have on the activities that they will make. It is a guard for the body. This things or tools can help the instructor to show and teach the students in a better and more excellent way. SKILL 6.4 Body composition is the relative amount of fate, bone, and other vital parts of the body. Person's total body weight have the possibility to not change over time. The measurement of body composition in the truest sense allows for the estimation of body tissues, organs, and their distributions in living persons without inflicting harm. It is important to recognize that there is no single measurement method that is error-free. The principle is to have the every individual to have the knowledge in the certain field. It helps an individual to have the maximum level of physical fitness, to be physically fit and healthy. SKILL 6.5. To analyze procedures, activities, resources, and benefits involved in developing and maintaining healthy levels of body composition. It will help you to move freely and to obtain the certain pattern that you will make for your activity. Your total weight is a combination of bone, ligament, tendon, organs, fluids, muscle and fat. Because muscle weighs three times more than fat per unit of volume, as you exercise, you gain muscle, and could be smaller physically, but easily weight more. It gives energy for you to do certain movement and actions on your activity. SKILL 6.6. The key to being physically and mentally well is a healthy diet. Eating well is a good investment. Choose foods that are delicious and at the same time, contain a variety of nutrients. This will help reduce your risk of acquiring common illnesses, improve your immune system and will help boost your energy level. Healthy eating requires variety, balance and moderation. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Watch your weight and keep it healthy. Eat moderate portions. Eat regular meals. Don’t get rid of certain foods, just lessen your intake of them. Balance your choice of food over time. Know the downside of your diet. Make changes gradually. Consider your total eating pattern when you choose what food to eat, and not the “goodness” or “badness” of a single food. SKILL 5.1 The range of motion around the joint or a muscle explains the flexibility. It has two important components. The good flexibility can help prevent injuries through all stages of life. It can lead your athlete in safety. To improve your flexibility , you can lengthen the muscles like swimming or a basic stretching program. It will help you to improve your abilities in flexibilities. It improves also the range the motion of muscles. One is the Static Flexibility that is range of the motion without a consideration for speed of movement. Then the Dynamic flexibility is the use of the desired range of motion at a desired velocity. This movement are useful for most athletes. Coaches, athletes and sports medicine personnel is using the stretching methods as part of their training routine for the athletes. It will help the body to relax and to warm it as the activities are held. SKILL 5.3 The position in which holding the body while standing, sitting or lying down is posture. It is just important as healthy eating, exercising and getting a good sleep. It keeps the bone and the joints aligned so that the muscles are being use properly then it will use less energy that prevents fatigue. Developing how we see the body is one of the first steps in assessing posture. A comprehensive view of the body and how it moves as a result of the posture is needed to evaluate the body.A Here is some key point to tune into when looking at posture. The slouching leads to neck, shoulder and backaches and joint stiffness. The ways to prevent this kind of problem can help you to be more good on posture. First, you have to exercise. To help your body stand straighter and taller you have to strengthening the abs and back muscles. You can take a look on the mirror while standing. The ears, shoulders, hips, knees and ankles should be in one straight line. Keep you knees at hip level when sitting. Sit as far back against the back of the chair as possible. When sleeping, always sleep on a firm mattress on your side and never on stomach SKILL5.5 Perhaps the most undervalued conditioning component is flexibility training. Exercise helps improve one’s health. In fact, research shows that it may delay mental deterioration and further neurogenesis or nerve cell growth. Coronary artery disease, stroke, osteoporosis and bone loss, and some types of cancer can also be prevented or delayed through exercise. First ascertain that you are overweight. If so depending if you are a male or female you have to select the out door exercise or games. But you should reduce your weight gradually and not quickly which might affect your heart. Flexibility, generally, is the range of movements about a joint and the muscles around it during a passive activity (1,2). Dynamic flexibility is the ability to carry out vigorous movements within the full span of motion in the joint. Static active flexibility is the ability to extend or stretch out an antagonist muscle using the tension in the agonist muscle only. Static passive flexibility, on the other hand, is the ability to maintain a stretch with the use of body weight or other external forces. SKILL 5.6 The flexibility training helps the muscle groups to balance. It might be overused during exercise or physical activity or it can result on bad posture. It is important that a person can understand the many benefits that result from a good program. It also improves the muscular balance and posture of an individual. The activities in stretching that you can do are hamstring stretch, calf, chest, shoulder, quadriceps, cat, inner thigh, triceps and forearm stretch. The benefit of stretching t promotes a muscular relaxation. The other one is the increases of blood supply and nutrients to joint structures. The Flexibility enhanced enjoyment and it should be fun if you want to stick with this kind of training. SKILL 1.5 the influence of expectation is how you different expected rewards influence behavior-related on your activity. This is how the individual take their fields, how they seriously understand and take their own fields. The children and youth have this fundamental right to be physically active and to play sport. The physical activity is essential element for growth, lifelong education, personal development and socialization. The facilities like parents, sporting organizations, government, clubs, schools and commercial facilities should work as one to provide opportunities for youth and to participate safe in the physical activity. The education systems should assume shared responsibility for the provision of appropriate physical activities for the youth safety, health and secure environments. Recent research and commentary contends that ecological approaches may be particularly useful for understanding and promoting physical activity participation in various settings including the workplace. Yet within the physical activity domain there is a lack of understanding of how ecological environment factors influence behavior. SKILL 4.6 everybody likes to keep up to date with all the latest commercial fitness equipment news. Here you will find targeted news results based around health. It is the formation on commercial fitness equipment and also on health in general. The regular attendee on the physical activity like children is essential for their health, growth, well being and self esteem. The fundamental aspect of education and cultural life of the youth is the right to be physically fit, active and to play sport. It should be acknowledge as part of daily life. The promotion can be achieved through cooperation partnership between the parents, organizations, providers and government of physical activity, sporting organization, media and also the schools. Affecting physical activity behaviors requires understanding and approaching it not only from the individual level but also from a broader social ecological perspective. That is, understanding the individual's relationship to his or her family, community, culture, and life stage. SKILL 5.4 Physical dangers are Tearing of the stomach wall (due to overstuffing), Flatulence, Constipation, Stomachaches and Diarrhea. One vital aspect to the benefits of exercise in reducing the possibility of heart attack and coronary heart disease is the intensity and extent of physical activities needed to attain the utmost benefits. That remains unsettled. Another is the benefit of shifting from motionless to at least a moderate amount of physical activity. Environmental dangers is defined as the dozens of other chronic and fatal illnesses people experience, in this country and around the world are often the result of toxins in our everyday environment. Many of today's chronic pains, illnesses and diseases are caused by the toxins, heavy metals and poisons that invade our bodies. They are everywhere in today's world. The benefits of quitting smoking are numerous and include lowering the rate of death. SKILL 5.6 Stressful movements can trigger injuries. An injury occurring in the course of medical treatment which could not be foreseen and was not the result of any lack of skill or knowledge on the part of the treating physician is an untoward result, for which the physician should not bear any liability. Fortunately, our bodies can repair themselves, and injuries will heal, provided they are not permanently damaged. That is amazing although, oftentimes, the cure is only temporary and short-lived. This is because the person performs the same stressful activity again, causing injury again. To be cured permanently, the cause of the injury must be removed. The permanent cure for pianist’s injuries entails movement retraining. SKILL 6.1 The exercise is important for maintaining the fitness together with the weight. It is the building and maintaining the healthy bones, joints and also the muscles. It promotes the physiological well-being and reducing surgical risks. It also strengthen the immune system. Regular exercise helps to prevent or cure major illness like high blood pressure, obesity and heart disease. It can also increase energy and raise up your threshold for pain. However, the studies have shown that opioid peptides or naturally occurring opiate that is responsible for exercise induced euphotia. Also the positively influence hormone production of the body and it can help to prevent neuromuscular diseases. The researchers studied that 3 of 10 minutes walk can burn as many calories and it can exercise the heart as one 30 minutes walk.
