Intercultural communication can be approached from the point of view of high and low-context cultures. Contexts play a vital role in understanding communication among different people. Culture affects business communication in various ways. One’s culture influences the way they think, act, and general world views. This impacts organizations because different individuals communicate differently depending on their cultural backgrounds.For this organization, Mega International, expansion into other areas such as Spain Germany, Brazil, and China represent a great opportunity for growth.

This however also brings with it various challenges in terms of communication across all these different cultures. To progress, the organization will use a direct approach to manage intercultural communication where intercultural interactions and understanding will be encouraged among the members of the organization. This direct approach will ensure a holistic approach to the entire organization across all cultures.The audience of the organization includes people from diverse cultural backgrounds working together to achieve the same objective of taking the organization to the next level.

It is therefore important to respect each one’s culture in all modes of communication.In conclusion, it is vital to restate the significance of intercultural communication in steering the organization into the future. There are challenges, but also many lessons and opportunities can be gathered from this diversity for the benefit of the organization.
