The purpose of the study is to explore the effects of stress on physiological and psychological constraints and to propose some strategies to stress management. The study was based in areas that were in close proximity of Uttarakhand state, which included Haldwani, Kichha, Pantnagar, and Rudrapur. The investigators used an experimental research design to conduct the study. Through different physiological and psychological tests and observation sheets, they analyzed the effects of stress. The purposive sampling design was used to choose the study region and sample size.

The investigators took a total sample size of 125 respondents from each category. The article has not mentioned any sponsoring university or institution. The research questions highlighted the prevalence of occupational stress and role stress across women employees in contemporary society. What is the effect of women’s work on mental and physical health? How do dual careers affect family coordination and stress?
