College Student's Perception of Ethics - Article Example

The audience targeted by this article is the students. “They are required to make ethical decisions just like the ones made in the business field (Paul, 2010, p. 43).” The students had no ethics in their undertakings in school. It wanted to educate them on the importance of ethics in their lives.

This article suggests that teachers should include subjects that teach ethics. They should not assume the students are morally upright. Many teachers experience students cheating in exams, and this is an example of a lack of ethics.

The main ideas in these articles are the effects of ethics in education and ethical behavior on the campus. The author uses the example of cheating in an exam. Teaching students how to behave in an ethical way will improve their discipline. Their education standards will rise because there will be little cheating.
