The use of renewable power supply is under technological evolution, and someday people will completely forget the use of fossil fuels as a source of energy. Evidence- Cohen cited the different development process that has occurred in human technological developments and suggested that the use of renewables will be another one.

However, propaganda, politics, and subsidies constrain the development of the world because the US is the leader of all creativity and innovation in the world. Evidently, some countries such as Germany which uses solar energy and China other sources of energy are already this energy Author/Qualifications- Steven Cohen is the Executive Director of the Columbia University Earth Institute Publisher- HuffPost is a renowned Blog site for writers. Timeliness- The article is currently published online on 13th February 2017. Annotation- Cohen states that America is still facilitating the use of fossil fuels as the source of energy.

However, he expects an evolution just like in the other sources of energy that have been employed in the past. But the problem arises in the part that issues such as politics constrain the efforts to change into the renewable sources. Notably, America is the home of innovation and creativity, and therefore if it lies behind that means that the other countries will be slow in making renewable energy.
