The Company will prosper by employing friendly and knowledgeable personnel along with setting up low prices. The Company will require a total of $ 550,340 for it to commence its operations and out of this $ 340,340 will cover start-up expenses while the balance will be entered into the company account as the working capital. The source of the funds will come from the owner’s savings and a loan of $60,000. The repayment period for this loan will be within six years. It is expected to be approximately $150,000 with a market share of annual sales equivalent to $290,000. The company has a greater opportunity in the U.A.E market since it has fewer competitors on the market as there are only two telecommunication companies in the region; the company is also focusing on attracting more customers by the provision of high-quality services and online facilities at a low cost. These will lead to the generation of maximum profits while incurring fewer costs. It is expected that the company reaches its profitability by the end of the second year in operation and to generate substantial sales by the end of three years of operation.
