Though some situation may prohibit punctuality but excessive tardiness is prohibited, and disciplinary actions can be taken against such employee. The company provides, as benefit, paid vacations for its eligible employees. The employee should forward requests for time off in advance to the supervisor in charge who has the authority to approve or deny the request. The company can grant vacations days on either full-day or half -day basis During the employment period of an employee, the employee is should not undertake any activity or have interest with any person or in any organization which may constitute a conflict of interest with this company.

The company prohibits dating within the company’s premises. The employees who are caught dating within the company’s premises and while on duty will face disciplinary actions as that will be considered as obstruction to other employees. Disciplinary action is an option that will be used to correct unacceptable behavior or actions. The company uses oral warnings, written warnings probation, suspension, demotion, removal or some other disciplinary action, in no particular order. The course of action will be determined by the company at its sole discretion as it supposes appropriate.

The company recognizes that employees and management alike must sometimes initiate and embrace change. In this regard it is expressly understood that your employment is “at will.” Thus, the employee has the right to terminate his/her employment with the company at any time for any reason and the company retains a corresponding right to end the employment relationship at any time for any reason. This company recognizes that there employment relationship problems may arise and therefore encourages employees to check their facts before blowing thing out of proportion.
