The Marketing Aspect of the Education Arena Opportunity 1: One crucial requirement for a graduate student is not only to know the domain subjects well, but also to be a good communicator and presenter. The primary requirement is to upgrade ones soft skills proportionate to the various industrial requirements. Every college pass-out is always on the lookout for jobs and the primary focus is on soft skills like interviewing, presentation, etiquettes and other behavioral aspects which strongly influence their job and atmosphere (Carter, 2003). The aspect to be presented here is an online finishing school organization which not only ensures better soft skills but promote the importance of communication skill factor in the person. The idea is to establish a training center to coach the final year school and college graduates in interviewing, group discussions, extempore, manners and presentation skills. The primary idea would be to spread the idea to all the finishing school graduates and also ensure the very penetration of the concept deep into their minds and hearts the importance of such training and its impact. It would require wide marketing to ensure better spread of the concept. The marketing aspect would make certain quite good spread of the concept in the education arena so that the finishing school graduates, working professionals and executives would recognize the exact need for enhancing their career prospects. The primary strategy would be to market the concept to the educational departments and colleges. Seminars would be conducted at the colleges to integrate the need among the students. The very strategy to ensure appropriate degree of education for the finishing school would be detailed further in the seminar. The seminar would focus on identifying the loopholes one usually possess, some games and demo or mock interviews. This would not only focus on their strengths and weaknesses but would make a mark to make them realize their negatives. Once the concept penetration is successful, the project sails smoothly. The primary idea for making the right strategy would guarantee a better preparation for the youths to be a deployable for the industry (Reynolds, 2000). The training would ensure giving a right shape to the finishing school graduates and would ensure a better preparation for meeting up the business needs. The domain requirements are placed first but it requires to be sharpened across the edge. The communication skills enable a better shape to the graduates. The various infrastructure, faculty and resources for the purpose can be filled with a simple investment either from bank or personal resources. The marketing strategy would also go far into web marketing and ensuring a great deal of awareness. Opportunity 2: Hobbies often become extinct when a person grows up with their primary career. The little things which they pursue in their childhood is barely capitalized and simply forgotten once the monetary aspects come in the picture. The hobbies like collecting coins, playing games, writing, writing poems and singing and so many other things can often be taken up for a successful career. The idea here is to establish a stage where these small discoveries and passion would meet limelight. The concept is of an organization which would prioritize the small things rural children do as a hobby and market them widely to provide encouragement to the youngsters. Such materials like painting, crockery, utensils made of elementary stuff, making candles and writing poems are some of the things that can be put in one page for one to contribute more to it. The business idea is to put up a website to display and sell them for gathering a sum of money to contribute for the unprivileged. The rural sector is quite engaged in such things both as a passion and as a business for earning their daily food (Cooper, 2002). The idea is to organize seminars for the rural people and educate and upgrade them to learn some skills which they can excel with practice to earn their livelihood. The small things would ensure better growth of the sector and ensure innovation of the little things for business purpose. The primary stage would be to search for such talent in the rural areas to discover the various arts and crafts which they can do and develop. The very identification of such stuff would ensure better evaluation of the talent. Once the stage is done, the exploration of the techniques would be explored to penetrate the information and idea into their minds. The seminars and presentations would make them practice the art and would ensure better spread of knowledge and expertise. The matter of concern is the right personal attention to all the trainees. The various pieces of art would be directly produced by them which would ensure large scale productivity tapping. The deployment of the finished markets is put up at the website for direct sale. The shipment also comes into picture with the sale of the products to various organizations and individuals. The purpose would be to ensure better cultivation of work among the rural people to get them pursue their childhood dreams for money. The various incomes gained from this approach and concept would be to raise schools and education centers in the rural sectors. It would generate employment and contribute national development (Birch, 2002). Opportunity 3: Music is a soothing effect for all human beings, but the very impact to ensure its widespread innovation and large scale opportunity for every aspiring singing. Such initiatives would allow all aspiring prospective musicians to get a stage to display their talent (Chandler, 2005). The internet can act as a revolutionized concept of announcing music and stage events. The streaming facility at the website would ensure better management of music resources for all prospective people over the globe. Online selling model of their music videos and songs would receive huge response and have created a new concept of sharing original media of their copyright. The concept would be to announce a music event over the internet so that prospective musicians and singers would get a chance to portray their talent. The process would be as follows: 1. The first stage would be the announcement of the event to upload their event. This stage would mark the uploading of their demo videos for short listing. 2. The second stage would filter the music videos uploaded on the basis of various facts like genre, tone, pitch of the voice and other playback measures. 3. The third stage would mark a stage performance for the shortlisted prospective musicians. 4. The fourth stage would host a live competition to further deeply evaluate the singers. The very exposure to the above process would enhance the spirit of competition and bring forth the real singer in a person. The stage would not only set a singer to their career but to open opportunity to all prospective one to get a stage to perform and excel. The information technologies that can be deployed in this arrangement would be to stream music over the internet for live performances using webcast, using their video server, host online shows of participants and selling music using an ecommerce application. The primary activity would be to setup a multimedia website and engage in wide marketing of the concept through email listing, web marketing techniques, mail groups, posting e-banners through commercial websites, advertising in social interaction websites like Facebook, Meebo, and Orkut where large number of people gathers for communication (Aldrich, 2006). The strategy for marketing and putting up the website would be the primary expenditure which can be filled with user registration for concert participation and final live shows.
